Inspired by everyday sights, the visual artist Tommaso Bordonaro creates witty designs which show that there is more than one way to perceive an object.
“I like to picture situations of which I think on a daily basis, seen from an ironic and somewhat light point of view,” says Bordonaro for Mintsquare magazine. “Sometimes I just am inspired by something I retain visually interesting and starting from there, I’ll try to give it a different spin.”
Based in Milan, Bordonaro currently works as an Art Director and designer. He always loved art and any graphic form of expression. His fantastic designs give a thought-provoking vision of everyday subjects.
“There isn’t one coherent message for all my work, it depends on who is watching it I guess. The degree of thought depends on the viewer, some stop at the funny side, some get deep with it,” says Bordonaro.
