“Good” art ultimately supposed to throw you out of your seat, right!? It should bring out conflicting feelings and thoughts; bring you to a verge… literally or metaphorically.

Daniel Forero, the eccentric graphic designer, with his latest photo series titled “air” succeeds in bringing the audience to unease. Namely, his photos capture heavy blocks of stone or marble placed miraculously over tiny balloons. When one sees the photos can’t help but wonder: when will this balloon pop!?

So, how did he do it? Probably with Photoshop or maybe by filling the balloons with cement. Forero disguises the exact process. What we know for sure – his absurd, conceptual, nonsensical art won’t leave you indifferent.
